2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through this online shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via PayPal and credit card (processed by Shopify Payments).

5. Delivery

We ship from Germany. Delivery times: Germany 1–3 business days; EU 3–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us by e-mail at yahanwu0501@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by you. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Products are covered by the legal 2-year liability for defects under German law.

8. Product Safety

Our eclipse glasses comply with EN ISO 12312-2:2015 and are CE marked under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Always inspect glasses before use. Do not use damaged, scratched, or torn glasses. Do not use with optical instruments (telescopes, binoculars) without additional certified solar filters.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injuries to life, body, or health. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
