Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Return
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Return
- E-mail us at yahanwu0501@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and that you wish to return.
- We will confirm your return request and provide a return address.
- Send the items back in their original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method. We refund the full product price plus original standard shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your glasses arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at yahanwu0501@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sealed safety eyewear that has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.
